I am travailing to Philippines , Cebu should i take or covert US dollars to pesos, do they have ATM machines? - atm machine rental

ATMs are secret U.S. $ appears in pesos or dollars. It is better to use. I know that about 41 pesos equal one U.S. dollars. How mush should I bring cash, travelers checks, or should I? All information on this topic would be appreciated. Should or can pay by credit card, what ever? My room is already paid and would be used for food, travel, rental car or motorcycle, and sovieniers and others.

ATM Machines are everywhere in Cebu. So nothing to worry about. I highly recommend you to convert US to peso so you dont need to find a a money exchange stalls to convert it. Anyway, that wouldnt e a problem because you can easily spot one inside Cebu's malls. Car rental, food and travelling here is very cheap. And oh, you can also use credit card for items purchased. But again, just bring like uhmm 50 dollars (thats a huge amount here already) becuase not all the stores here accept credit card. But definitely if you're just roaming around the mall, that won't be a problem... By the way, my name is Markin Gomez. I was born, raised and grow up here.. i hope you'll enjoy your stay here. Welcome to Cebu =) (By the way, i am now packing up my things in preparation for tomorrow's festival: Sinulog... It's the Cebu's grandest festival.. Wish you could come.. maybe next time *wink)

I always have my ATM or credit card when I travel abroad. Although it is a Visa debit card, it should be corrected. Your bank will convert it for you, and give the official exchange rate of the day. The only place where I have a little trouble finding an ATM in Japan. I was surprised that high-tech and Japan will be so loud. But I've found.

I lived there and not my credit card, with the exception of hotels and airlines. I also had to be canceled if I (reported stolen) on the left. I try a lot of money, but had no safe place to store them, where in the city. Best option if Cebu is to have money and an ATM. ATM can be in dollars or not, you should check. You should also check the height as well? Make sure to be careful because it is 100% safe when you're away ATM with money. The more we hide and seek, a money belt, without using money or go public. The best paid $ 100 for the conversion of the business as SM (Côte-Mart) or a bank. Bring a couple of 10s to the airport (immigration, taxes, etc..)

It is best if you only your credit or. Debit cards and some cash with them. Big hotel accepts credit cards, but not for very small businesses can be found in the vicinity of the road. If you move the country better than the peso-dollar so that you do not have a hard time trying to change your money on a large number of ATMs everywhere. There is an ATM mchines that then immediately withdrew their money in U.S. dollars from her.

Enjoy your visit.

I want to convert their pesos into dollars, so you need not worry about converting. Although you can an additional $ case. Duty Free Shops of dollars are accepted for payment. In the case of VISA and MasterCard are accepted in major stores such as SM or Ayala Cebu. It would be better to pay cash, but. In relation to the amount of assistance depends on what you buy. Souvenirs, handicrafts shell could vary from 100 to 1000 pesos. Woodcrafts also varies from this. Although Cebu is known for the guitar, whether you are a musician. Sorry, I'm not familiar with the prices of car rentals, but can be removed from the hotel where they stayed and can recommend the best thing for you to be ordered. The food is relatively cheap compared to the United States. By the way, I'm from Cebu, so I know what I mean ... hehehe

ATMs are in Cebu, but I did not ATM machines that convert the dollars into pesos. I think it would be better if you at the bank to adopt as the BIS (Bank of the Philippine island) and Metro Bank and exchanged their dollars for pesos disadvantages.

If I were you, I rely a lot on my credit card because you need to consider that it is a province of Cebu. It is a well-developed, but some restaurants and small shops (such as souvenir shops), no credit cards, but to accept pesos in cash.

Even if you are traveling, in a taxi or three wheels that accept only cash. they can accept dollars as payment, but I think it is better for you to pay in pesos. (jeepney rides cost only 7.50 pesos in Manila, so the rate will probably be a little change in the neighborhood.) some coins / weights are also useful. I also suggest that some small cuts such as 20, 50 and 100, it will be bothered to make the change.

Enjoy your trip! Cebu is really a beautiful place!=)

You can use your credit card in the Philippines, and I suggest that you use when you can. It would also be useful to have a little money, you can convert their dollars into pesos to get there, remember, the Philippines, you get more for your money to keep a good amount in mind when considering the amount of cash the need to do .. . only a network of ATMs would be a little more money into an account to eliminate offshore do not even think.

Bring a box of some. CT May to expect a lot, but some lower exchange rate for the TC. ATM rich in Cebu City, has it in the local shopping centers and banks. Find a Maestro and Cirrus symbols.

If asked about U.S. $ 3.50 charge for ATM withdrawals from international transactions. Also check if your ATM is an international credit card. Otherwise he would work it with your bank or a partner in the Philippines. Better control over the bank. Even if banks with large companies, you can probably all over the world.

Depending on where you can eat no credit card is used, and almost SINUGBAAN SM, which has no service credit because the people usually there to eat. So I should carry cash, U.S. $, perhaps the equivalent of $ 10 for a meal for two people.

If prefer the case with small businesses, cash credit, it is best to U.S. $ 300 to $ 400 in American money and only the change in the local currency exchanger or to your hotel.

We hope Tuand Cebu. Enjoy the culture, the cross of Magellan, dive sites, and the style of fresh seafood SINUGBA.

Go to Bohol in a weekend, well, you will like the Eco-tour. A taxi trip costs (taxi driver) would only PHP-2000 .. for a day on sites like Chocolate Hills, Tarsier Sanctuary, etc.
